Skillet Unstuffed Cabbage has all the savory deliciousness of stuffed cabbage, with the ease of using one skillet! This recipe, packed full of healthy vegetables and proteins, is easily altered to suit the pickiest of eaters! Low Carb, Keto friendly, and it’s done in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients  

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef or Protein of choice
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 2 heads of green cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper your favorite color
  • 1 sweet onion chopped
  • 28 oz can of diced tomatoes your preference
  • 6 cups Colby jack cheese shredded

Instructions 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté Oil, Beef, Onion, and Bell Pepper until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
  • Add in Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Dried Oregano, and Salt & Pepper.
  • Stir in Diced Tomatoes and Cabbage. Cover skillet and cook for 20 minutes. Stir as needed until cabbage is tender.
  • Stir in Shredded Cheese and cover until melted.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
