- 2 lbs Ground Beef or Protein of choice
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt/pepper to taste
- 2 heads of green cabbage
- 1 bell pepper your favorite color
- 1 sweet onion chopped
- 28 oz can of diced tomatoes your preference
- 6 cups Colby jack cheese shredded
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté Oil, Beef, Onion, and Bell Pepper until beef is browned and onions are translucent.
Add in Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Dried Oregano, and Salt & Pepper.
Stir in Diced Tomatoes and Cabbage. Cover skillet and cook for 20 minutes. Stir as needed until cabbage is tender.
Stir in Shredded Cheese and cover until melted.
