- 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
- 2 cans Diced Tomatoes 2 - 15 oz cans
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 8 oz Cream Cheese cubed
- 4 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 bag Frozen Cheese Tortellini 20 oz bag
Brown sausage in a medium size pan, and drain grease.
Add browned sausage, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and cubed cream cheese to crockpot. Stir together.
Cook on low until cream cheese has completely dissolved (about 4 hours).
Stir in Tortellini and Spinach. Continue to cook for an additional 30 minutes or until pasta is done to your preferences.
