Extra Icing for Cinnamon Rolls

This recipe makes the icing from canned cinnamon rolls go a bit further. Makes the rolls extra gooey and delicious.

Ingredients  

  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  • Melt butter and pour into a medium sized mixing bowl.
  • Add icing (from cans of rolls), heavy cream, confectioners sugar, water, and vanilla to the mixing bowl.
  • Mix together on medium low speed with a hand or stand mixer for 3-5 minutes (until everything is combined and is the consistency of icing again).
  • When cinnamon rolls are done baking, spread icing generously over each roll.
  • Serve and Enjoy!!
